Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online and Trayder pushes your issued invoices and their payments into your accounts — the customer is created there too, so your books reconcile themselves.
- Go to Settings → Accounting.
- Tap Connect Xero or Connect QuickBooks.
- Sign in and authorise on their secure page.
- You’re returned to a confirmation page; Settings then shows the sync status.
What syncs
From the moment you connect, every invoice you issue and every payment on it syncs. Status shows how many items are pending, and flags anything that failed (Trayder keeps retrying).
Good to know: Trayder uses your single account currency — it doesn’t convert between currencies. Make sure your accounting organisation is set to the same currency you bill in.
Tip: Disconnect any time from the same screen — your tokens are wiped immediately.
