Building and sending a quote

Speak a quote on the drive home — Trayder writes the lines and sends it.

A quote is a list of priced lines plus an optional deposit and payment schedule. You can build it by hand from your price book, or speak it.

Walk-and-talk quoting

  1. From a customer or enquiry, start a new quote.
  2. Hold the voice button and describe the work and what you’d charge.
  3. Trayder proposes the lines with prices — edit anything, add or remove lines.
  4. Set a deposit percentage if you want one, and a payment schedule for bigger jobs.
  5. Save as a draft, then Send.

What the customer sees

They get a link — no account needed — showing your business, the quote, and a friendly “Sounds good” button to accept. You get a nudge the moment they open it.

Tip: Edit the lines on a draft as many times as you like. Once it’s sent, use “Withdraw” if you need to change it, then re-send.
