Deposits and payment schedules

Take a deposit up front and stage payments across a bigger job.

On a quote you can set a deposit as a percentage of the total. When the customer accepts, they’re asked to pay it — and accepting a quote turns it into a job automatically.

Stage payments

For larger jobs, add a payment schedule of 2–5 stages (for example 30% deposit, 40% on start, 30% on completion). Each stage is billed as it comes due.

Good to know: To take deposits and payments online, finish payout setup first (Settings → Payouts). Trayder warns you on the quote if you set a deposit before that’s ready.
